M& S Red Thai Curry Sauce
A mild-spiced Thai-style curry sauce made with coconut cream, red peppers, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves and chilli. Pan-fry with diced chicken, green beans and baby corn and simmer. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve alongside sticky rice. Serves 2.

Instructions
Shallow Fry – From Ambient. 13-16 minsHeat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok, then add 280g of diced chicken, pan fry for 5-6 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Add 60g green beans and 60g baby corn and the jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 mins.Garnish with chopped coriander. For a meat free alternative, substitute meat for vegetables of your choice.
