M& S Wholewheat Couscous
This fluffy and nutty wholewheat couscous is delicious in salads, with roasted vegetables or served with tagines. Cook over the hob or soak in boiling water. Provides a source of protein.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. To ensure freshness, peel off sticker and use to reseal pack after opening.

Preparation and Usage
This product is raw and must be cooked.

Instructions
Boil – From Ambient. 10 MinsBring 300ml of water to boil, add 200g couscous, stir and simmer for 5 mins. Drain off any excess liquid. Cover and allow to stand for 5 mins. Separate grains with a fork before serving.; Other – From Ambient. Soak 8-10 MinsPlace 200g couscous and 300ml boiling water in a heat proof bowl. Cover and stand for 8-10 mins. Separate grains with fork before serving.

Cook the couscous to the on-pack instructions, then drain and set aside until required.2. Preheat the oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / Gas mark 6.3. Add red onion, courgette, pepper, aubergine, cherry tomatoes, oil and 2 tbsp of smoked tomato paste in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix until the vegetables are well coated and then spread out evenly in the roasting dish.4. Roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 mins.5. Stir the roasted vegetables, basil and the remaining smoked tomato paste into the couscous and serve warm.To Serve: Great accompaniment to grilled lamb or vegetable kebabs.
